This beautiful is property located in the Elm Park neighborhood near Becker College and WPI. Our team recently embarked on a painting project to transform the building’s facade into a work of beauty. Over the course of three weeks, contractors hand-painted the siding and intricate trim work from white into the dark purple it is today. Currently, the first floor is used as Hampton’s management office, while the top floor units are being rented.
